We welcome young learners and female adults, helping them develop a lasting connection with the Qur'an and a sound understanding of Islam.

What we teach
A strong foundation for every learner
Lessons follow the Safar Islamic Studies syllabus and combine clear teaching with regular practice.
Islamic Studies

Essential duas and surahs learned with meaning and confidence.
Class times
Flexible sessions for busy families
Weekday teaching is organised into one-hour shifts. Where possible, siblings are placed in the same shift to make drop-off and collection easier.
Who can join?
Girls from age 4 onwards, boys aged 4–14, and female adult learners.

Appa Shahenaz
Appa Shahenaz has taught Qur'an with Tajweed, Arabic, surahs and Islamic books for 21 years.
Her previous experience includes several years teaching at Masjid Abu Bakr—including Aalima classes—and Masjid Al Farouq.
